Hydrogen water offers superior hydration compared to tap water, basic purified water, and other alternatives. It is not only pure and safe but also has the ability to provide higher hydration levels with a smaller volume of water.

Ensure the base is screwed tightly to the body, creating a seal. Fill your bottle to within about an inch of the top with clean water(preferably purified) that has been heated to 45° Celsius/113° Fahrenheit. Let the water sit overnight to activate the unit. After this process, your unit will be ready to produce hydrogen.

~ Tap water is not ideal because it is usually not very clean and will eventually cause the base and filter to accumulate build-up from the impurities. By using cleaner water you are preserving the life of your unit.

2. Close the lid and press the power button.

~ To maximize the hydrogen content of your water, we recommend cycling the unit up to three times. This will increase the amount of hydrogen you get per serving. (Studies show that consuming higher quantities of hydrogen is ideal and research shows that you cannot drink "too much." Hydrogen is so small that it passes through the body in an hour or less, and when your cells don't need anymore, it simply passes out of the body without any side effects.)

~ Always make sure the top is properly closed and there is a tight seal when preparing your water because a loose top will allow the hydrogen to escape.

To maintain optimal hydration, it is recommended to consume 2-3+ liters of water daily.

To Clean The Base:

Add Vinegar (50ml) and Water (50ml) in the bottle and soak for 10 mins.

After soaking, rinse with water several times. (Recommended Every 3 Months)

We recommend the use of high-quality water for this process.

To Clean The Glass:

Remove the glass from the base (counter-clockwise twist) and lid.

Then, place the glass in the dishwasher or handwash using soap and water.
